PART 1
Why Supplementation Matters More Than Ever
🧬 Modern Life = Modern Nutrient Gaps
Even with a balanced diet, today’s lifestyle makes it difficult to get every essential nutrient our bodies need. Soil depletion, environmental toxins, stress, and processed foods all contribute to hidden deficiencies that affect how we feel and function¹.
Food remains the foundation of good health — but modern life places new demands on the body that food alone may not fully address.
That’s why supplementation has become an essential pillar of modern wellness — not to replace healthy habits, but to reinforce the foundation that allows our bodies to repair, detoxify, and thrive.
🌱 Why Supplements Are Essential Today
1️⃣ Nutrient density has declined
Research shows that the vitamin and mineral content of many fruits and vegetables has fallen by 19–81% over the past few decades².
Even people who eat well may not be receiving the same nourishment their grandparents once did.
2️⃣ Environmental and lifestyle stressors
Polluted air, plastics, heavy metals, pesticides, and chronic stress increase oxidative load — which uses up antioxidants and nutrients faster³.
Our bodies therefore require consistent replenishment to support detoxification, repair, and balance⁴.
3️⃣ Absorption matters
Nutrients must be absorbed and retained to make a difference.
Gut inflammation, stress, medications, and aging can reduce absorption efficiency⁵ — which is why how nutrients are delivered matters as much as what is taken.
⚕️ The Osteopathic Principle: “Drainage Precedes Supply”
At Healthier Living Health Centre, we view supplementation through the osteopathic lens of:
“Drainage precedes supply.”
Before nourishing the body, we ensure the liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, and gut — the body’s primary elimination pathways — are supported and free-flowing.
When these systems are overloaded, even high-quality nutrients may not reach cells efficiently.
Supporting detoxification first allows vitamins and minerals to work as intended.
This principle is the foundation of why we recommend VMG+ and Foundational Wellness, rather than isolated supplements.
PART 2
Why Quality & Absorption Matter (and Most Supplements Fail)
Walk into any store (Shoppers, Costco, grocery stores) or scroll social media for 2 minutes and you’ll see hundreds of supplement options. Some look similar. Many make big promises. Prices range from very cheap to very expensive.
Here’s the part most people don’t realize at first (I didn’t either, years ago):
In supplements, price is often connected to quality — not always, but often.
Why? Because higher-quality products typically cost more to make when they include better sourcing, better forms of nutrients, stronger quality control, and more rigorous testing.
I used to buy “regular store vitamins” too (I even bought them for my mom), until I learned that professional/practitioner-grade supplements are often made differently—and that difference greatly matter.
Professional line vs. ordinary brands: what’s usually different?
Professional lines (often found in places like Healthy Planet, Whole Foods, or through clinics (in Canada)) tend to invest more in the details that most people never see—like:
1) Ingredient quality and sourcing
Many lower-cost supplements use cheaper raw materials and “lowest-cost” forms of vitamins/minerals. Professional lines more often prioritize higher-grade raw materials and clearer sourcing.
2) Forms that your body can actually use
A label can say “Magnesium” or “B12,” but the form matters. Some forms tend to be better tolerated or better utilized than others—depending on the person. (This is one reason two multivitamins can look similar on paper but feel very different in real life.)
3) Manufacturing and consistency
High-quality supplements are more likely to be produced under strict manufacturing standards (GMP/cGMP), with better batch-to-batch consistency and quality control. In Canada, natural health products are regulated and sites must meet Good Manufacturing Practices requirements through Health Canada site licensing.¹³
4) Verification and third-party testing
One of the biggest “hidden” differences is verification. Some products voluntarily pursue third-party verification programs that check identity/potency and screen for contaminants.
For example:
- USP Verified indicates that a product contains the ingredients listed on the label in the declared amounts and is tested for specified contaminants.¹⁴
- NSF certification programs verify label claims and test for contaminants (and in some cases, banned substances for sport).¹⁵
Not every good supplement has these stamps (they’re optional), but they are helpful “trust signals” in a confusing market.
🌿 Who This Information Is Truly Meant For
Some people choose to invest their resources in things others can see — renovations, flooring, a new kitchen, or even a luxury car. Others prefer to save what they have to pass on to their children.
And that’s completely okay. We all have different priorities, values, and ways of moving through life.
This information, however, is written especially for those who value their health and understand something profoundly important: your body is the only home that really matters..
These are people who are not willing to “cut corners” when it comes to their wellbeing — or to undervalue the body that carries them through every experience, relationship, and milestone of life.
They understand that one of the greatest gifts they can offer their children is not money or possessions, but the opportunity to have a healthy, independent parent for as long as possible. A parent who remains engaged, present, and active… rather than someone their children must one day care for, or — in more difficult circumstances — entrust to the care of others.
That reality can be heartbreaking for everyone involved — parents and children alike — and no amount of money can replace the emotional weight of separation from someone who once cared for you.
So, if you are someone who values health, independence, and vitality — and wants to live fully while creating meaningful memories with the people you love — then this information is for you.
If this doesn’t resonate, you’re absolutely welcome to skip ahead.
The “Garden” Example: Why Drainage Comes Before Supply
Imagine buying a home with a backyard garden.
The previous owners left years ago. The garden is overgrown. Weeds everywhere. Soil compacted. Debris and old roots in the ground.
Now the new owner wants to grow some veggies and berries for their family. No one in the right mind would scatter expensive seeds into that mess and hope for the best.
What would we do first?
- Remove the weeds from the root (not just the top)
- Clear the old debris and loosen what’s compacted
- Refresh the soil so it’s able to receive nutrients
- Then fertilize
- Then plant seeds
- And of course: ensure sunlight, water, and consistency
This is exactly how the body works.
If your internal “terrain” is overloaded—too much stress, inflammation, poor sleep, sluggish digestion, poor elimination—then simply adding nutrients (“seeds”) may not create the results you expect. Or it may mask it and make you feel better, ie not be as aware of underlying issues
That’s why, from an osteopathic lens, we emphasize:
Drainage precedes supply.
Support the body’s ability to clear and eliminate first—then nourish deeply.
Why Bioavailability Matters (This Is Where VMG+ Stands Out)
Another major difference between supplements is not just what’s inside, but: How much your body can actually absorb and retain, and that’s crucially important for our body to function. So, now…
…let’s slow this down and explain what that really means, because this is one of the most misunderstood — yet most important — aspects of supplementation.
When we talk about supplements, most people focus on what is written on the label. For example:
“Vitamin C – 500 mg” or “Magnesium – 200 mg.”
What many people don’t realize is that what is written on the label is not the same as what your body actually receives.
Your body does not automatically absorb everything you swallow.
In reality, there are three separate steps involved:
1️⃣ What goes into your mouth
2️⃣ What gets absorbed through your gut into your bloodstream
3️⃣ What actually makes it into your cells and stays there long enough to be used
Most supplements only address step #1.
Why “how much gets inside” matters more than “how much is listed”
If you take 500 mg of a vitamin but your body only absorbs 10–20%, then your cells may only receive 50–100 mg — sometimes even less.
If absorption is poor, the rest simply passes through the digestive system and is eliminated.
This means:
- You may be taking supplements
- But your body may not be using them effectively
This is one of the reasons people often say:
“I’ve been taking vitamins for years, but I don’t feel much difference.”
It’s not necessarily because supplements don’t work — it’s often because the delivery system wasn’t right for their body.
What affects how much your body absorbs?
Several factors influence how much of a supplement actually gets into your system:
- The form of the nutrient (synthetic vs whole-food–derived)
- The health of your gut lining
- Inflammation or irritation in the digestive tract
- Stress levels and nervous system balance
- Age-related changes in digestion
- Interactions with medications or other nutrients
This is why two people can take the same supplement and have very different results.
Many standard multivitamins use forms that may not absorb as efficiently for every person. VMG+ was designed specifically to address this “delivery” problem.
In a doTERRA absorption study, after just one dose of VMG+:
- Vitamin C levels increased 4× compared to regular supplements
- Vitamin E absorption was over 5× better
- Iron levels were 6× higher
…and calcium and potassium also absorbed better.¹⁶
That’s a major reason we consider VMG+ a different category than “typical multivitamins”—because it focuses on absorption and real-world impact, not just a long ingredient list.
——————————————————————————————————————————-
How VMG+ approaches this differently
VMG+ was designed with this exact issue in mind — not just what nutrients are included, but how efficiently they get absorbed and retained.
Rather than relying only on isolated vitamins and minerals, VMG+ combines:
- Whole-food–derived nutrients
- Greens and phytonutrients
- Lipid-based delivery principles
- Essential-oil–enhanced absorption support
This approach helps nutrients:
- Cross the gut barrier more effectively
- Enter the bloodstream more efficiently
- Stay available to cells longer
In the absorption study we referenced earlier, this is exactly what was observed — significantly higher blood levels of key nutrients compared to standard multivitamins.
So, VMG+ doesn’t just focus on bioavailability in theory — it focuses on measurable uptake inside the body, which is what ultimately matters for energy, clarity, resilience, and overall function.
Bringing it back to the garden analogy
Going back to the garden example:
- The label amount is like how many seeds you throw on the soil
- Absorption is whether the seeds actually take root
- Cellular uptake is whether the plant grows strong and produces fruit
Throwing more seeds does not guarantee a better harvest.
Preparing the soil, choosing the right seeds, and ensuring proper conditions does.
This is why we don’t recommend “just any multivitamin,” and why quality, formulation, and delivery matter so much — especially as we age or if the body is already under strain.
GRAPH 1 (Comparison Table): What You’re Usually Paying For
| What matters | Typical “big store” multivitamin | Health-store “professional” lines | VMG+ approach |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ingredient forms | Often lowest-cost forms | Often improved forms | Whole-food + absorption emphasis¹⁷ |
| Testing/verification | Varies | More common | Brand-specific testing + published absorption outcomes¹⁶ |
| Manufacturing standards | Varies | Often higher | High emphasis on consistency + formulation design¹⁷ |
| “Do you feel it?” potential | Variable | Often better | Often stronger due to absorption design¹⁶ |
| Convenience | Pills | Pills/capsules | 1 daily sachet drink¹⁷ |
(Note: These are general patterns—there are exceptions in every category.)
GRAPH 2: Overall Quality Signals (Typical Pattern)
Quality signals (forms + testing + consistency + absorption focus)

(This is a practical “consumer-facing” visual, not a lab ranking—meant to simplify how most people experience these categories.)
If this makes sense to you…
If you’re starting to see why how much gets inside your cells is more important than how big the number is on the bottle, then you might want to proceed toPart 3, where we further explain what makes VMG+ different inside the body (and why we often pair it with Omega-3 and PB Restore as “Foundational Wellness”),
PART 3
VMG+ Is Not “Just a Multivitamin” - It’s Designed for Nourishment and Drainage Support
If you’ve read Part 2, you now understand something most people don’t fully realize:
- A supplement label is not the same as what your body actually receives
- Real results depend on absorption, retention, and cellular uptake
- And from an osteopathic lens, drainage precedes supply
So what makes VMG+ different?
VMG+ was designed not only to fill nutrient gaps, but also to support the body’s internal terrain — the environment in which nutrients are used. That includes supporting key elimination systems, especially the liver and kidneys.
Let’s break this down in a clear, practical way.
1) VMG+ Supports Nourishment at the Cellular Level
VMG+ (Vitamins • Minerals • Greens) provides foundational nutrients from whole-food plant sources, along with greens and phytonutrients. It’s built to help your body access the basics it needs for normal daily function—energy metabolism, cellular maintenance, and antioxidant defense.¹
But VMG+ doesn’t just focus on what nutrients are included.
It also focuses on how efficiently the body can absorb and use them, which matters especially in modern life, where stress and digestive issues are common.²
2) VMG+ Was Designed for Absorption — Not Just a “Big Label”
As you explained in Part 2, there are three steps:
1️⃣ what you swallow
2️⃣ what absorbs into the bloodstream
3️⃣ what enters your cells and stays long enough to be used
Many multivitamins focus mainly on step 1.
VMG+ was designed to improve steps 2 and 3.
In a doTERRA absorption study, the VMG+ system showed substantially higher blood levels of certain nutrients after a single dose, including:
- vitamin C (4×)
- vitamin E (5×)
- iron (6×), with improved absorption of other nutrients as well.³
This is one of the key reasons VMG+ can feel different for many people—because it aims to improve uptake, not just intake.
3) VMG+ Also Supports Drainage and Elimination (Liver + Kidneys)
This is the part many people miss:
VMG+ is not only designed to nourish. It is also designed to support the body’s drainage pathways.
From an osteopathic perspective, nourishment without drainage can be incomplete.
If the body is overloaded, adding nutrients (“seeds”) may not create the results you expect. In some cases, supplements may temporarily “mask” how you feel—making you feel better while deeper imbalance remains under the surface.
That’s why we emphasize:
Drainage precedes supply.
Support the body’s ability to clear and eliminate first — then nourish deeply.
The liver: your detoxification hub
Your liver helps process metabolic waste, hormones, and many environmental exposures. It also supports bile production and elimination (a major route of detox through the gut).
VMG+ includes ingredients commonly associated with supporting the liver’s natural detox pathways and antioxidant systems, such as:
- N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) (a precursor to glutathione)
- broccoli seed extract (phytonutrients that support detox enzyme activity)
- other antioxidant-rich plant compounds.¹⁴
Compliant wording matters here:
We do not claim VMG+ “treats” liver problems. Instead, VMG+ supports the liver’s normal detoxification functions.
The kidneys: your filtration system
Your kidneys filter large volumes of blood every day, supporting fluid balance and elimination of water-soluble waste.⁵
VMG+ supports the conditions that help kidneys function well—through nutritional support, antioxidant balance, and mineral cofactors. (Again: support, not “cure.”)
What doesn’t eliminate well can show up elsewhere
When primary elimination pathways are under strain, the body may express overload through other routes—commonly things like:
- skin flare-ups
- inflammation
- fatigue and sluggishness
- digestive irregularity
This doesn’t mean “one cause fits all.” It simply reflects a basic principle: what doesn’t clear efficiently often stresses other systems.
This is why, in our clinical philosophy, VMG+ sits at the intersection of:
Drainage → absorption → nourishment
4) Quality and Standards Matter (Especially in Canada)
In Canada, natural health products (NHPs) are regulated under the Natural Health Products Regulations.⁶
Manufacturers and importers must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements as part of the regulatory framework.⁷
This matters because quality varies widely in the supplement market. As you learned personally over the years, professional-grade products often invest more into:
- sourcing
- manufacturing controls
- consistency
- verification standards
5) Who Is VMG+ Especially Appropriate For?
VMG+ can be a strong “starting point” for people who:
✔ Feel generally healthy but want to stay that way
Especially adults 40–60+ who want to support vitality and independence long term.
✔ Feel like they’re not functioning at their best
Many people don’t feel unwell — but they don’t feel like themselves either. Often, their medical investigations (such as blood work or other routine tests) come back within normal ranges, yet they still sense that something isn’t quite right.
Some common experiences include:
- Trouble falling or staying asleep
- Waking up tired despite enough sleep
- Low or unstable energy through the day
- Relying on multiple coffees or stimulants
- Feeling more irritable, tense, or emotionally reactive
- Noticing mood swings or reduced stress tolerance
- Feeling mentally foggy or less focused
- Skin feeling more reactive or sensitive
- Feeling “run down” after stress, travel, or poor sleep
These experiences don’t automatically mean something is wrong — they are often signals that the body may be working harder to maintain balance in the face of modern stressors, lifestyle demands, and environmental exposure.
Supporting foundational nutrition, elimination pathways, and recovery can help the body cope more efficiently with these daily challenges.
***This foundation is designed to support the body within the context of daily life. While many people notice benefits even without changing their routine, results are often enhanced when paired with nourishing food choices, regular movement, restorative sleep, and mindful stress care. Each supportive habit you choose strengthens the body’s ability to respond, adapt, and thrive — at your own pace and in your own way.
PART 4
Foundational Wellness: Why VMG+ Works Best When Paired With Omega-3 and PB Restore
By now, you understand that supplements are not just about adding nutrients — they are about how the body receives, processes, and uses them.
This is why, at Healthier Living Health Centre, we often talk about Foundational Wellness rather than individual products.
Foundational Wellness is not about “taking more.”
It’s about supporting the body in the right order, so each system can do its job more efficiently.
The Foundational Wellness approach brings together three key supports:
- VMG+ → foundational nutrition + drainage support
- Omega-3 → cell membrane and nervous system support
- PB Restore → gut and microbiome support
Each one supports a different layer of the same process.
Think of the Body as a System – Not Separate Parts
It’s helpful to think of the body like a well-run household.
- Nutrients are the supplies coming into the house
- Cells are the rooms where work happens
- Cell membranes are the doors and walls
- The gut is the front door and delivery hallway
- The liver and kidneys are the waste and recycling systems
If any part of this system is under strain, everything else feels harder.
Foundational Wellness aims to support the whole flow — not just one piece.
Pillar 1 (Recap): VMG+ – Nourish and Support Elimination
As discussed in Part 3, VMG+ provides:
- Whole-food–derived vitamins and minerals
- Greens and phytonutrients
- Enhanced absorption design
It supports:
- Foundational nutrition
- Antioxidant balance
- Liver and kidney function (elimination support)
VMG+ helps prepare the internal terrain, but for nutrients to truly work well, they still need to:
- Enter cells efficiently
- Be delivered consistently
- Be absorbed through a healthy gut
This is where Omega-3 and PB Restore come in.
Pillar 2: Omega-3 – Helping Nutrients Enter the Cell
Every cell in your body is surrounded by a cell membrane.
That membrane determines:
- What enters the cell
- What exits the cell
- How flexible and responsive the cell is
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential building blocks of healthy cell membranes.
When Omega-3 intake is low (which is very common today):
- Cell membranes can become less flexible
- Nutrient transport becomes less efficient
- Cellular communication may be impaired
When Omega-3 is adequate, it helps support:
- Efficient nutrient entry into cells
- Brain and nervous system function
- Cardiovascular and metabolic balance
- Healthy inflammatory response
- Emotional and stress resilience
This is why VMG+ + Omega-3 is considered the core foundation — one provides nutrients, the other helps cells receive them.
A simple example:
You can have the best delivery truck (VMG+), but if the doors are stiff or partially blocked, supplies don’t get inside easily.
Omega-3 helps keep the “doors” working smoothly.
Pillar 3: PB Restore – Supporting the Gatekeeper of Absorption
No matter how good a supplement is, it must first pass through the gut.
The gut plays a central role in:
- Nutrient absorption
- Immune regulation
- Inflammation balance
- Gut-brain communication
- Detoxification support
If the gut lining is irritated or the microbiome is imbalanced, nutrients may not be absorbed effectively — even if they are high quality.
PB Restore was designed to support this ecosystem by combining:
- Prebiotics (fuel for beneficial bacteria)
- Probiotics (beneficial organisms)
- Postbiotics (beneficial compounds produced by bacteria)
- Bacteriophages (targeted microbial balance support)
Together, they help support:
- A healthier gut lining
- Improved nutrient absorption
- Immune balance
- More stable energy and mood
- Reduced inflammatory burden
Why PB Restore matters in Foundational Wellness
A healthier gut means:
- Better absorption of VMG+ nutrients
- Less strain on detoxification pathways
- More consistent results over time
In simple terms:
If the gut is the doorway, PB Restore helps keep that doorway working properly.
Who Often Benefits Most From Foundational Wellness?
Foundational Wellness is often helpful for people who:
- Feel generally “okay” but not as energetic or resilient as they used to
- Notice that stress affects them more than before
- Feel sluggish or foggy despite eating reasonably well
- Have digestion that feels sensitive or inconsistent
- Want to support healthy aging and independence
- Want to take a preventative, supportive approach to health
This approach does not replace medical care.
It supports the body’s normal physiology, helping systems work together more smoothly.
Putting It All Together
Foundational Wellness supports the body in layers:
1️⃣ VMG+ → nourishment + drainage support
2️⃣ Omega-3 → cellular receptivity and communication
3️⃣ PB Restore → absorption and gut balance
Rather than pushing the body harder, this approach aims to reduce internal strain and improve efficiency.
What’s Next?
Some people do very well with these three alone.
Others — especially those dealing with joint stiffness, inflammation, metabolic challenges, or cognitive concerns — may benefit from additional targeted support.
In the next section, we’ll explore Copaiba — an optional addition that many people choose based on emerging research and observed outcomes. Recent findings have highlighted notable improvements in joint comfort and mobility, along with enhancements in cognitive function, including memory, focus, and processing speed, making it a compelling option for those looking for additional support.
PART 5
Why Many People Choose to Add Copaiba: To Enhance Mobility, Comfort, Mental Clarity and Cognitive Performance
By this point, you’ve learned how Foundational Wellness supports the body at multiple levels:
- VMG+ helps nourish the body while supporting drainage and elimination
- Omega-3 helps cells receive and use nutrients
- PB Restore supports gut balance and absorption
For many people, this foundation alone already leads to noticeable improvements in how they feel day to day.
However, some people choose to go one step further.
That’s where Copaiba comes in.
Copaiba is considered an optional enhancement, often chosen by people who want additional support for movement, comfort, and cognitive performance, especially as they age or place higher demands on their bodies.
What Is Copaiba, and Why Is It Different?
Copaiba is a resin-derived essential oil traditionally used in various cultures. Modern interest in Copaiba has grown because it is naturally rich in β-caryophyllene (BCP) — a compound that interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS).
The ECS plays an important role in helping the body maintain balance, particularly in areas such as:
- Inflammatory response
- Nervous system regulation
- Joint comfort
- Cognitive processing
Rather than forcing a change, Copaiba works by supporting the body’s own regulatory pathways.
Mobility and Comfort: Why Many People Notice a Difference
As we age — or after years of physical work, exercise, or repetitive strain — joints and tissues often feel:
- Stiffer
- Less resilient
- Slower to recover
Recent research and clinical observations have shown that when Copaiba is added to a foundational wellness routine, many people report:
- Improved joint comfort
- Greater ease of movement
- Feeling “looser” and more mobile
- Better tolerance to daily physical activity
Some people describe Copaiba as acting like a natural lubricant for movement, often compared informally to “WD-40 for joints.”
(This is a descriptive analogy, not a medical claim.)
Importantly, Copaiba does not work by numbing sensation — it supports comfort and mobility through regulatory balance.
Mental Clarity and Cognitive Performance
What’s especially interesting about newer research is that the benefits of Copaiba are not limited to the physical body.
When used alongside VMG+, Omega-3, and PB Restore, studies and observations have shown improvements in areas such as:
- Focus and attention
- Mental clarity
- Memory and recall
- Processing speed
This makes sense when you consider how closely connected the nervous system, inflammation regulation, and cognitive function are.
For people who feel:
- Mentally slower than they used to be
- Less sharp under stress
- Easily overwhelmed or foggy
Copaiba may offer an additional layer of support.
Why Copaiba Fits So Well Into the Foundational Wellness System
Copaiba doesn’t replace the foundation — it enhances it.
Here’s how it fits into the sequence:
- VMG+ → supports nourishment and elimination
- Omega-3 → supports cell membranes and nervous system communication
- PB Restore → supports gut balance and absorption
- Copaiba → supports regulatory balance, comfort, and cognitive function
By helping regulate inflammatory and nervous system responses, Copaiba can reduce overall load on the body, allowing foundational supports to work more efficiently.
Who Often Chooses to Add Copaiba?
Copaiba is commonly chosen by people who:
- Want greater ease of movement and joint comfort
- Feel physically capable but notice stiffness or reduced flexibility
- Want to stay active and mobile as they age
- Are interested in supporting memory, focus, and processing speed
- Feel that stress affects both their body and mind more than it used to
It is not required — and not everyone chooses to add it — but for many, it becomes a valuable part of their routine.
A Gentle Reminder About Choice
Everything discussed in this series is about support, not treatment.
Some people start with VMG+ alone.
Others build gradually.
Some choose the full Foundational Wellness system with Copaiba.
There is no “one right way.”
What matters most is listening to your body, respecting your goals, and choosing supports that feel aligned with your values and lifestyle.
🌟 Final Thought
If you value mobility, independence, mental clarity, and the ability to fully enjoy life as you age, supporting your body proactively can make a meaningful difference.
Copaiba represents an optional next level of support — one that many people choose after experiencing the benefits of a strong foundation.
PART 6
Which Level Is Right for You?
Everyone’s body, lifestyle, and priorities are different. There is no single “right” approach — only what feels appropriate for where you are right now. Below is a simple guide to help you decide which level of support may feel most aligned for you, along with how long to use it, what to expect, and what to consider next.
🔹 Level 1: VMG+ — Foundational Daily Support
This level may be right for you if:
You feel generally healthy but want to stay that way
You value prevention and long-term wellbeing
You want to support daily nutrition, energy, and elimination
You prefer to start simple and build gradually
How long is it typically used?
VMG+ is designed for daily, ongoing use as a foundational supplement. Many people use it consistently for at least 8–12 weeks to allow the body time to adapt and stabilize.
What people commonly notice over time (varies by individual):
More consistent energy
Feeling less “run down” under stress
Improved sense of balance or wellbeing
Subtle but steady improvements rather than dramatic changes
What’s the next step?
After a few months, some people choose to continue VMG+ as their daily foundation. Others decide to build on it by supporting absorption and cellular function more deeply (Level 2).
🔹 Level 2: Foundational Wellness
VMG+ + Omega-3 + PB Restore
This level may be right for you if:
You want more comprehensive support
Stress, digestion, or recovery feels inconsistent
You want to improve how well your body uses nutrients
You are focused on healthy aging and resilience
How long is it typically used?
This level is often followed for 12–16 weeks to support gut balance, cellular adaptation, and internal regulation. Many people continue it long term, while others reassess after this initial period.
What people often report over time (individual experiences vary):
More stable energy throughout the day
Improved digestion or comfort after meals
Better tolerance to stress
Feeling more “steady” physically and mentally
What’s the next step?
Some people remain at this level as their long-term routine. Others choose to add targeted support for mobility or cognitive performance (Level 3).
🔹 Level 3: Foundational Wellness + Copaiba
Optional Advanced Support
This level may be right for you if:
You want extra support for movement, comfort, or recovery
You notice stiffness or reduced flexibility
You want to support mental clarity, focus, or processing speed
You already have a strong foundation in place
How long is it typically used?
Copaiba can be used short term or long term, depending on individual goals. Many people reassess after 4–8 weeks to decide whether it feels beneficial for them.
What people commonly notice (varies by individual):
Greater ease of movement
Feeling more comfortable during daily activity
Improved mental clarity or focus
Feeling more balanced under physical or mental stress
What’s the next step?
Some people use Copaiba as part of their regular routine. Others use it seasonally or during periods of increased physical or mental demand.
How to Know If It’s Working for You
Rather than looking for dramatic changes, it can be helpful to notice:
How your energy feels day to day
How you recover from stress, busy days, or poor sleep
How your body feels during movement
How clear and focused you feel mentally
Small, consistent improvements over time are often a sign that foundational support is helping the body function more efficiently.
A Gentle Reminder
These options are designed to support normal body function, not to treat medical conditions. You can start at any level, adjust over time, or stop if something doesn’t feel right for you. If you’re unsure where to begin or how to personalize your approach, our team is happy to guide you.
PART 7
When You’re Ready for Even Better Results - What to Consider Next
Most people experience significant improvements with foundational support — such as better energy, greater resilience to stress, improved digestion, or a more stable sense of wellbeing.
However, not everyone progresses at the same pace.
Not noticing a dramatic change you were looking for does not mean something is wrong. Often, it simply means the body needs more time or more targeted support, especially if stress, environmental exposure, or long-standing imbalances have been present for years.
If, after about three months of consistent foundational support, along with somewhat improved diet and lifestyle, you’ve noticed some improvement but still feel you’re not quite where you’d like to be, this next section may help explain why — and what to consider next.
Why Foundational Support May Not Feel “Enough” Yet
A helpful way to understand this is to think about how long a process has been developing.
A simple analogy: dental care and timing
Imagine noticing a slight sensitivity when drinking cold water.
If you respond early — improving dental hygiene, seeing a hygienist, supporting the tooth — the issue often settles without the need for drilling or invasive procedures.
But if that sensitivity is ignored for years, the situation changes:
- A small issue becomes a deeper cavity
- A simple cleaning is no longer enough
- A large filling, a root canal, or even tooth removal may eventually be required
The difference isn’t that the tooth suddenly became “bad” — it’s that the issue had more time to progress.
The body works in a similar way.
When the Body Has Been Under Strain for a Long Time
Foundational wellness supports the body’s normal physiology, but if tissues have been under stress for many years, they may:
- Be slower to respond
- Need more focused drainage support
- Require additional time to rebuild resilience
- Have adapted to functioning in a “compensated” state
This doesn’t mean foundational support isn’t working.
It often means the body needs deeper or more personalized support to remove long-standing obstacles.
Just as with dental health, earlier support tends to be simpler, while longer-standing patterns may require more layered care.
Common Reasons Progress May Feel Slower
Some gentle, common reasons include:
- Long-term stress or burnout
- Environmental exposure accumulated over time
- Sluggish elimination pathways (liver, kidneys, lymphatic system)
- Digestive or gut imbalance affecting absorption
- Inflammation that has been present for years
- Nutrient depletion that took a long time to develop
In these cases, the body may first be stabilizing internally before you feel obvious outward changes.
What the “Next Step” Often Looks Like
When foundational support alone isn’t enough, the next step is usually not adding more randomly, but rather refining the approach.
This may include:
- More focused support for detoxification and drainage pathways
- Additional gut or liver support
- Lymphatic and circulatory support
- Lifestyle adjustments that reduce ongoing strain
- A more personalized, step-by-step plan
The goal is not to push the body harder — but to remove barriers so it can respond more fully to the support it’s already receiving.
Clinical Perspective on Individual Response
Needing deeper or more individualized support is not a failure.
It’s simply information — a sign that your body may need:
- More time
- More specificity
- Or a different layer of support
And that’s completely normal.
The most important thing is listening to your body and choosing a path that feels respectful, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.
