What is NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)?

What to expect in an NLP session?

Most of our clients notice results within 1-2 sessions. These may last 30-60 minutes, in person or virtualy. We help you shift your mindset, build your self esteem, and live your life to the fullest. You will finish your session feeling energized, light and free, with clarity to jump over the hurdles that have been in your way.

Immersed in the field of healthcare for many years, Rose furthered her career and acquired accreditation as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner / Life Coach / Success Coach. Originally educated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Rose now seeks to further help individuals using a robust and diverse skill-set that contributes to the betterment of others. With additional training in clinical hypnotherapy, she offers multi-faceted treatment modalities to improve your well-being.

Her underlying ethos is one of compassion and a genuine desire to help those she is entrusted to help. As a Life & Success coach who thoroughly enjoys undertaking challenges, she is consistently motivated to help others achieve their unique successes in the path of life. She is also a qualified Emotional Freedom Techniques and T.I.M.E. Practitioner.
