Clinical Psychotherapy
During our session, we will work with you to help you solve your current problems, and doubts, help you improve and “re-frame” your reactions using a variety of methods such as: cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness and meditation, psychoanalysis, psychodynamic dialogue and body psychotherapy. We examine behavioural, physical, and psychological conditions in a holistic context focusing on the mind body and health of the entire family.

Who will be treating me?
With more than 20 years of working in mental health centres, schools, and hospitals Kiran has helped numerous people to manage stress, sleep, anger and get the courage and emotional strength to find inner piece and live happier life. She helped parents improve relationships with their children as well as helped children to improve self-esteem and communication with their peers and parents.
Kiran focuses on the strengths of the individual and incorporates a variety of treatment approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and art therapy. She helped numerous people suffering from depression, anxiety, fear, abuse, and trauma.
