The Physiology of Manifestation, Intuition & Creativity

The Physiology of Manifestation, Intuition & Creativity

True manifestation is not wishful thinking – it’s biology in action. Let’s explore what’s actually happening in your body when you tap into higher intuition, clarity, and creative flow.

1. Pineal Gland: The Seat of Intuition

Known as the “third eye” in ancient traditions, the pineal gland is a small, pea-shaped gland located deep in the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres. It plays a key role in:

  • Regulating circadian rhythms, your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle, by responding to light and darkness.¹
  • Producing melatonin, the hormone responsible for inducing restful sleep and synchronizing your internal clock¹
  • Releasing DMT (dimethyltryptamine) – a naturally occurring compound thought to be involved in dream states, altered consciousness, and even mystical or visionary experiences.²

However, modern life takes a toll on the pineal gland.

Problem: Over time, the pineal gland becomes calcified due to:

  • Fluoride exposure (found in tap water,non-natural toothpaste)³
  • Chronic inflammation (linked to processed foods, high sugar intake, and environmental toxins)
  • Poor sleep (often caused by screen exposure, blue light, and mental overstimulation)
  • Lack of natural sunlight (especially early morning light, which is essential for setting the circadian rhythm)

Solution: Decalcifying and reactivating the pineal gland includes:

  • Avoiding fluoride (opt for filtered water and fluoride-free toothpaste)
  • Getting daily sunlight exposure – especially morning light, which stimulates melatonin rhythm
  • Detoxifying heavy metals and endocrine disruptors through nutrition and natural chelators
  • Using natural pineal-activating essential oils like Frankincense and Sandalwood (more on this in Blog Post 3)

2. Nervous & Endocrine System Balance

Your nervous system has two main branches:

  • Sympathetic nervous system (SNS) – activates your “fight or flight” response in times of stress or danger
  • Parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) – promotes “rest and digest” mode, essential for healing, reproduction, and deep connection

These systems work like a seesaw – when one is activated, the other is suppressed.

Imagine a U-shaped tube filled with liquid: as one side rises, the other lowers. Similarly, if you’re running from a bear, your SNS takes over:

  • Pupils dilate (so you can see clearly to escape)
  • Heart rate increases
  • Blood flow shifts from digestive organs to the muscles (to enhance physical performance)
  • Digestion and immune function slow down (non-essential for immediate survival)

On the other hand, when the PNS is dominant, your body:

  • Slows down heart rate and respiration
  • Activates digestion
  • Supports deep rest, emotional processing and fertility
  • Enables intuition, creativity, and manifestation to flourish

But when you’re stuck in chronic stress, the SNS remains switched on, suppressing the PNS and thereby your capacity to receive, intuit, and create. Manifestation requires a parasympathetic shift — reducing sympathetic overload and boosting parasympathetic activity so you can rest, digest, create and receive.

To shift into parasympathetic dominance:

  • Use adaptogenic herbs and essential oils (e.g., Copaiba, Lavender, Adaptiv)
  • Practice mindful breathing
  • Engage in rhythmic movement (like walking, dancing, qigong
  • Maintain consistent sleep/wake cycles aligned with natural light

3. Vibrational Frequency and Energy Alignment

Every thought, every emotion as well as every organ in our body emits a measurable vibrational frequency. Healthy human bodies resonate between 62–70 MHz. States like love, joy, and gratitude raise your vibration. Emotions like fear, anxiety, and shame lower it. Essential oils can support vibrational elevation.

Everything in existence – from your organs and thoughts to your emotions and food — carries a vibrational frequency. According to frequency research:

  • A healthy human body vibrates around 62–70 MHz
  • Disease and negative emotions (fear, anxiety, guilt, grief) lower your frequency, making you more vulnerable
  • Love, gratitude, joy, and high-frequency essential oils raise your vibration, aligning you with creative energy and manifestation potential⁶

Examples:

  • Rose Essential Oil – ~320 MHz
  • Frankincense – ~147 MHz
  • Lavender – ~118 MHz

How it works:

  • Diffusing or applying high-frequency oils raises your energy field
  • Emotional release work (journaling, somatic therapy) increases coherence
  • Nature exposure, breathwork, and prayer create resonance and balance

How it works:

  • Essential oils like Rose and Frankincense support frequency elevation by influencing mood, neurochemistry, and energy fields⁶
  • Emotional processing (e.g., journaling, somatic therapy) restores coherence between your energy centers
  • Breath, movement, and nature re-align your energetic body with the Earth’s healing resonance (~7.83 Hz or the Schumann Resonance)

BONUS: Biblical Insight

Frankincense and Myrrh are two of the three sacred gifts presented to baby Jesus in the Bible. The third was Gold – symbolically interpreted by many as Turmeric, Boswellia sacra resin, or precious metal.

Biblical Reference: “And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.” – Matthew 2:11

4. Emotional Blocks & Energetic Stagnation

Unprocessed emotions – such as trauma, grief, shame, or fear – don’t just disappear. They often get stored in the body, particularly in the:

  • Liver (associated with anger and frustration)
  • Gut (linked to anxiety and powerlessness)
  • Heart center (where grief, abandonment, and longing reside)

These emotional blocks disrupt energetic flow, creating stagnation that prevents your vision from materializing. Manifestation requires a clear emotional and energetic channel.

Supportive strategies:

  • Apply essential oils on energy points to help release stuck emotions (e.g., Myrrh, Juniper Berry, Vetiver, Geranium, Neroli, Bergamot) to unlock suppressed emotions
  • Bodywork, such as osteopathy, manual lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy – gentle physical methods that release stored tension and trauma
  • Explore integrative practices like breathwork, EFT/tapping, and energy healing to move emotions through the body
