Manifestation – The Forgotten Power Within Us

Manifestation – The Forgotten Power Within Us

Many of us live life in a constant struggle – wishing for more while running on an endless ‘hamster wheel’ of daily tasks. We barely have time for ourselves, let alone time to truly live. Enjoyment, peace, or joy often feel like luxuries reserved only for the ‘lucky ones.’ In truth, very few people are living the lives they deeply desire.

There are many reasons for this, but one of the most overlooked lies within us:
It’s in how we observe the world, how we interpret our experiences, how we speak about ourselves and our experiences, and how we think about what “happens” to us.

Some of us sense that life doesn’t have to be this way. We may intuitively feel that it’s possible to create more ease, fulfillment, and joy – not by working harder, or by hustling and sacrificing more, but through something deeper.

Throughout history, great minds like Nikola Tesla, Neville Goddard, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and ancient spiritual teachings from traditions like Vedanta, Taoism, and Indigenous wisdom have all echoed one powerful truth:

Our inner world shapes our outer reality.

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) – Visionary, Inventor, Mystic

Tesla, a brilliant Serbian inventor, electrical engineer, and physicist, famously said:

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” [1]

He believed all creation begins in the non-physical — in the field of energy, which some call God, others Spirit, Source, or the Universe. Regardless of the label, most of us feel there’s something greater than us — an intelligent, organizing force that we’re all part of.

Even if we can’t see or touch it, this invisible force is as real as the Wi-Fi that powers your devices, the remote that changes your TV channel, or the key fob that unlocks your car from meters away. Just because we can’t touch it with our five senses doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

Modern science is just beginning to catch up with what mystics and spiritual leaders have long known.

Neville Goddard (1905-1972) – The Imagination Prophet

Neville Goddard, a spiritual teacher and mystic, taught that imagination is not fantasy — but the very mechanism of creation. Like Tesla, he believed everything is first formed in the unseen – in the realm of thought and feeling – before it becomes visible in the physical world.

“Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, and then you believe it to be true.” [2]

José Silva (1914-1999) – The Man Who Trained the Mind Like a Muscle

Another important voice in this field is José Silva, the founder of the Silva Method — a mind training system that teaches people to enter deeper brainwave states (like alpha and theta) for problem-solving, healing, and manifestation.

Originally an electrician from Texas, Silva began experimenting in the 1940s with ways to help his children improve their learning and memory. After observing unusual intuitive experiences during relaxed states, he became fascinated and was pulled into learning more. He noticed that when they were in relaxed, meditative states, their performance and intuition improved dramatically.

His findings evolved into a powerful system that has since helped millions around the world tap into the power of the subconscious mind and the energy of intention. He believed that by accessing deeper levels of consciousness, anyone could awaken their natural ability to shape reality.

“Once you learn to function at the alpha level, your life will change.” [3]

Biblical Perspectives on Manifestation & Divine Power

The Bible also speaks to the power of belief, intention, and the unseen realm:

  • “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” – Proverbs 23:7 [4]
  • “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” – Hebrews 11:1 [5]
  • “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” – Proverbs 18:21 [6]
  • “Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” – Psalm 37:4 [7]
  • “You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.” – Job 22:28 [8]

These scriptures, echoed by ancient and modern voices alike, remind us that manifestation is not just a mystical concept — it’s a spiritual and physiological process, deeply connected to the way we think, feel, speak, and align our lives.

Science Catches Up: Mind Over Matter

Dr. Bruce Lipton, a cell biologist and pioneer in epigenetics, revealed how our thoughts and beliefs affect our biology – down to the level of gene expression. In his book The Biology of Belief, he explains how our perception of the world – not just our genetics – determines how our bodies function [9].

His research shows that stressful, fear-based thoughts weaken the immune system and limit healing, while positive, love-based thoughts promote repair and regeneration.

Similarly, Dr. Joe Dispenza, a neuroscientist and researcher in neuroplasticity, teaches that:

“When you combine a clear intention with an elevated emotion, you begin to change your biology — and create new experiences.” [10]

His work, backed by brain scans and heart-brain coherence studies, confirms that our thoughts and emotions influence gene expression, hormone balance, and even the electromagnetic field around us — which plays a role in what we attract into our lives.

So… Why Aren’t More of Us Living the Lives We Want?

There are a few key reasons:

  1. We’ve been disconnected – from ourselves, our bodies, and nature.
We spend most of our lives in climate-controlled buildings, staring at screens, under artificial light. This is not how we were designed to live. Our intuition, creativity, and life-force suffer as a result.
  2. We’re constantly bombarded by fear-based messaging.
The news, social media, and societal narratives often generate fear, division, and hopelessness. These inputs lower our vibrational frequency – a concept grounded in quantum biology, which recognizes that every cell in our body emits frequency [11].
  3. Our nervous system is stuck in survival mode.
Most people live in a chronic state of fight-or-flight, triggered by stress, trauma, and overstimulation. This suppresses our body’s ability to heal, create, and connect – key elements needed for intuition and manifestation.
Research shows that prolonged stress dampens neuroplasticity, shrinks the hippocampus (memory and learning), and weakens the prefrontal cortex – the brain area involved in decision-making, creativity, and vision [12].
  4. Our Pineal Gland – the “Seat of Intuition” – is calcified.
The pineal gland, located in the center of the brain, is often referred to as the “third eye” in spiritual traditions. It plays a role in circadian rhythms, melatonin production, and conscious awareness.
Over time, exposure to fluoride, heavy metals, processed foods, and emotional suppression can lead to calcification, impairing its function. A sluggish pineal gland limits intuition, insight, and spiritual clarity [13].

The Good News?

You can reclaim your inner power.
With the right mindset, practices, and natural support, you can raise your frequency, awaken your intuition, and begin to shape your life from the inside out.

🌱 In the next post, we’ll dive into the science behind intuition and manifestation — and the exact physiology that makes it all possible. I’ll walk you through:

  • The physiology of manifestation and intuition
  • A complete protocol using natural solutions to support mind-body-spirit alignment
  • A simplified version for those short on time but still craving transformation

We’ll explore how to:

  • Decalcify and activate your pineal gland
  • Support your nervous and endocrine systems
  • Raise your vibrational frequency
  • Clear emotional blocks that prevent manifestation
